Its products are resold to shoppers by food retailers, mass discounters, club stores, convenience stores and online sellers. It reports two segments. Meals & Beverages sells soup, simple meals and drinks in the U.S. and Canada, and, from 2026, its retail business in Latin America. - Tariffs and trade policy changes, and conflicts that disrupt its supply chain.
- Depending on a few large retail customers, with Walmart the largest.
- Competition in all its categories, including lower-priced private label products.
