Cencora said on November 4 that it has reorganized its operating model and will change its reportable segments beginning in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The company said the restructuring is intended to strengthen execution and improve visibility into its growth priorities.

The new structure will comprise Pharmaceutical Distribution and Services; Specialty Pharmaceutical and Provider Services; and Other. The first segment will include U.S. and international wholesale distribution and related services. The second will include specialty distribution for physician practices, management services organizations, World Courier, third-party logistics, Innomar and strategic components of PharmaLex.

Other will continue to include businesses for which Cencora is exploring strategic alternatives, including MWI Animal Health, Profarma and other components of PharmaLex. The company furnished revised unaudited segment information for fiscal 2025 and 2026 so investors can compare the business under the new structure.

**What changes for investors** The filing changes the reporting lens rather than announcing a transaction or a new earnings outlook. Cencora’s revised fiscal 2026 presentation shows total revenue of $337.4 billion and total segment operating income of $4.81 billion.

- FY26 revenue: $337.4B +5.0% revised presentation
- FY26 segment operating income: $4.81B +14.0% revised presentation
