Terms of use
By creating an account or signing in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you can still read Stoqly without an account.
What Stoqly is
Stoqly shows information about companies taken from public SEC filings and market data, plus texts written automatically from those numbers. It is research and education, not investment advice, and nothing on Stoqly or in its emails is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security. See the disclaimer.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox. Use a real address that belongs to you, one account per person, and do not share your codes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Emails
We send you the sign-in codes you ask for and, only if you turn them on, the newsletter and price alerts. Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Fair use
Do not overload the service, scrape it in bulk, try to break its security or use it for anything illegal. We may limit or close accounts that do.
No guarantees
The data may contain errors, gaps or delays, and the service may change or stop. Stoqly is offered as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for decisions or losses based on it.
Your data
How we treat your personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies. Questions: [email protected].
